Amazing machine

Its a wonderful machine and does the job well.
Crisp dosa, easy to operate and save a lot of time each day we use it. We already started to eat dosa more regular and making the most of the money spent.

Amazing product and Great Customer Service

I bought this product in India and immediately next week bought the box to Australia along with me in flight. Full marks to packaging that product reached safely to Australia (although had it marked delicate baggage). I ran the product and got yummy dosaa in first time itself. However when I ran it next day it didn’t heat up. I thought I lost the machine as sending back for repairs and return was a costly thing. I raised a request on their website and waited. Next day customer care team reached out to me and asked for video of problem. The next day at my convenience they guided me how to fix it and woola it started working back again after removing a blown fuse. Highly appreciate the customer support given especially to a remote location and I highly recommend this product for anyone who is lazy or wants to save time in cooking after a busy day.
